We retain and store the client's personal information such as name, contact details, and the assignment request for performance and work submission.

The automated decision-making by BCEILANG

BCEILANG does not use your personal information for automated decision-making and profiling.

Providing your personal data to other parties

BCEILANG transmits your personal data on the transaction information to his business partner, the online payment merchant XXXX as soon as the Client makes an order. Only will the online payment merchant XXXX process the Client's online payment with his/her personal banking details such as credit cards.

International transfer of your personal data

The DOROTHEE MARIE enterprise on the behalf of BCEILANG under a sole trader business status, with fewer than 250 employees under the GDPR, does not transfer your personal data internationally. We will take all the steps reasonably to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Retaining and deleting your personal data

The client's data record is retained by BCEILANG for 13 months under the GDPR law/regulation. Whereas maximum 3 years for the storage of the clients' data records becoming inactive is expected before their secure deletion by BCEILANG.

Your rights as to your personal data under the GDPR

The clients are granted the following rights in relation to the personal information BCEILANG hold about him/her under the GDPR, in terms of the information request procedure:
